Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To start a return on a damaged or incorrect delivery, contact us at info@funworks.co.za. If your return is accepted, the customer will be responsible for the  return of the goods. Items sent back to us without a request for return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Besides damaged or incorrect orders delivered by Funworks, we do not accept returns.

Refunds for damaged or incorrect orders
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If this payment method cannot be refunded, we will require a valid banking account to process the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note a 10% admin fee will be deducted from all refunds. If the order needs to be couriered back to Funworks, the customer will be responsible for the courier fee and arrangements.
